Business Expansion Scheme

EirGen Pharma Ltd. has launched a Business Expansion Scheme investment prospectus, which allows those in the PAYE sector in Ireland to avail of a tax efficient investment vehicle. The BES is the Scheme of Relief for Investment in Corporate Trades as provided for in Part 16 of the Tax Consolidation Acts 1997. It enables individuals to deduct the cost of their qualifying investment from their total income for income tax purposes, thereby obtaining relief at their highest marginal rate of tax.The subscription list is now open and will close not later than December 16th 2005.
