Damien Burke

Damien has been an integral part of Eirgen Pharm since its 2006, joining as one of the original start-up team members. With a wealth of experience across the pharmaceutical sector, he has contributed to R&D, Manufacturing & Packaging Operations, Artwork Management, and Packaging Technology. After serving as Head of Commercial Operations for several years, Damien was appointed Chief Executive Officer in October 2019.

Jan Willem Blüm

Jan Willem joined Eirgen Pharma in 2021, bringing over 21 years of senior finance and leadership experience. Throughout his career, he has also held key roles in planning, logistics, IT, and marketing. With a wealth of international experience across Europe - including the Netherlands, France, and Ireland. He brings a strategic and well-rounded perspective to his role.

Head of Operations

Dan Delaney

Dan joined Eirgen Pharma in 2015 as Supply Chain Manager and advanced to Head of Commercial Operations in December 2019. After his successful years leading our Supply Chain and Business Development activities, he transitioned to Head of Operations, overseeing manufacturing, and packaging. With more than 30 years of industry experience, starting in engineering and progressing into leadership roles, Dan brings a wealth of expertise to Eirgen.​

Head of Engineering and Research & Development

James Murphy

With over 18 years of experience in technical and leadership roles, James brings a wealth of expertise to Eirgen, where he joined as Head of Engineering in 2021. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives in Research, Product Development, and Manufacturing Engineering within the medical and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to Eirgen, James held key leadership positions in Terumo, Cook Medical. and Boston Scientific.
