Damien Burke

Damien joined Eirgen in 2006 as one of the original members of the start-up team. He has worked in diverse roles across the pharmaceutical sector including R&D, manufacturing, and packaging operations, artwork management and packaging technology. Damien was our Head of Commercial Operations for several years before being appointment to his current role as CEO in October 2019.

Dan Delaney

Dan joined the Eirgen Pharma in 2015 as Supply Chain Manager and was appointed Head of Commercial Operations in 2019. Following over two successful years leading Supply Chain and Business Development, he stepped into the role of Head of Operations, overseeing all manufacturing and packaging activities, including our upcoming capacity expansion. With over 30 years of industry experience, Dan brings a strong foundation in engineering and a proven track record in operational leadership. 

Head of Engineering and Research & Development

James Murphy

James joined Eirgen in 2021 as Head of Engineering with over 18 years of experience in Technical and Leadership roles. For the past two decades he has worked in research, product development, and manufacturing engineering across the medical industry. This included leadership roles with Terumo, Cook Medical, and Boston Scientific.
