Damien joined Eirgen in 2006 as a founding team member and has held roles across R&D, manufacturing, packaging, and commercial operations. He served as Head of Commercial Operations before being appointed CEO in October 2019.

James joined Eirgen in 2021 as Head of Engineering, bringing over 18 years experience across research, product development, and manufacturing engineering. He has held leadership roles with Terumo, Cook Medical, and Boston Scientific. James was appointed COO in January 2026. 

Jan Willem joined Eirgen in 2021 as Head of Finance, with over 17 years of experience in finance and leadership, also spanning planning, logistics, IT, and marketing, with roles across the Netherlands, France, and Ireland. In January 2026, he was appointed position of CFO. 

Dan joined Eirgen in 2015 as Supply Chain Manager, later becoming Head of Commercial Operations in 2019. He now serves as Head of Supply Chain & External Operations, bringing over 30 years of industry experience in engineering and operational leadership.

Clodagh joined Eirgen in 2015 as a QC & Stability Analyst and has progressed through key QC and QA roles to become Head of Quality in April 2025. She holds a BSc in Forensic & Environmental Chemistry from TU Dublin and an MSc in Pharmaceutical Technology & Quality Systems.

Sarah joined Eirgen in September 2024 as Head of Talent and Organizational Development. With over 20 years in HR across Ireland and Australia, she specializes in talent, engagement, and strategic HR, driving Eirgen’s people-focused strategy.
