Founded in 2005 by Patsy Carney and Tom Brennan, Eirgen Pharma has grown into a global leader in the development and manufacturing of high-quality pharmaceutical formulations, specializing in film-coated tablets, softgel capsules, and powder or liquid-filled hard-shell capsules.

Since joining the OPKO Health Family in 205, Eirgen Pharma has expanded its R&D capabilities and GMP-Compliant manufacturing facilities. Our latest expansion, set to launch in Q3 2025, underscores our commitment to innovation, regulatory excellence (FDA, EMA, HPRA),and global supply chain strength.
